You may cancel your Auto-ship subscription at anytime simply by logging into your account.
Having an account also allows you to customize the frequency of your deliveries, temporarily pause, update shipping and billing information, and change the product being delivered.
To log into your account click "Log In/Manage Subscription" at the top of our web page.
Then add your email used to place your order and password that you have created
If it says "Incorrect email or password" or "This email is not recognized" you may need to sign up for your account by clicking "create account".
Select "My Subscriptions"
Then select "Cancel"
You will then be walked through the rest of the process on the right hand side of the website
