At Just Thrive we occasionally offer promotional offers that have you apply a promotional code to an order. If you are not seeing the code applied to your order here are some reasons why it my not be working.
- You cannot use multiple promotional codes on one order. (You may use a Gift Card and a promotional code on the same order.)
- The promotional code you are using does not apply to the item you are wanting to purchase. (example: Trying to apply a subscription only promotion to a non-subscription item)
- The code you are using is a one time only code and you have already used it.
- If you started a subscription using a promotional code it will only apply to the first order of that subscription. (Check out our Loyalty rewards to get more great discounts)
- If you have applied a Subscription promotion to an existing subscription it will be removed from the next billing.
