The underlying cause of most chronic gut conditions is gut permeability, also known as Leaky Gut. We have a 30-day Leaky Gut study/article that explains how our products can help repair damage caused by GMOs/glyphosate, gluten, lectins, processed food, stress, etc. You may click here to receive a download and learn everything you need to know about Leaky Gut and how to make smart food choices to fortify your intestinal barrier.
Here is our recommendation for Leaky Gut which utilizes 4 of our products (you may click on the links to learn more about each product) to help repair and restore bowel integrity:
Our spore-based probiotic is our foundational product to help eliminate pathogens in the gut. After a month or so on the probiotic, you can add in our Precision Prebiotic to nourish all your beneficial microbes which will continue driving out pathogens, further shifting the microbiome. You can start our Ultimate IgG any time to help clear debris and toxicity in the gut, allowing the probiotic and prebiotic to work more efficiently. Then add Gut 4-tify to your regimen to reduce inflammation in the gut as well as restore and repair the mucosal barrier of the bowel wall.
Here are dosing guidelines for each product. How long one stays on these products varies from person to person, depending on the severity of symptoms, however most people notice changes very quickly:
If you're new to the products, we recommend starting slowly - a half or full dose of the probiotic every other day for the first week and then 1 capsule per day the following week. The probiotic is best taken with food to give the spores something to feed on, as well as to help move them through the digestive tract. Taking the probiotic about 15 minutes after dinner is best since digestion slows at night allowing them to move slower through your system - they're more effective and there's less potential for bacterial die-off reactions. They also help to digest your dinner which can help with sleep!
It's best to start with the PRObiotic before the PREbiotic - 3-4 weeks on the probiotic is good preparation before adding the prebiotic/fertilizer for the spores and other good bacteria. The prebiotic can be taken at anytime, with or without food or other supplements, and can be taken in one dose or sipped on throughout the day - whatever works best for you. The prebiotic fiber is a food more than a supplement so there's really no wrong to take it, although sipping slowly throughout the day is best practice since different populations of bacteria surface throughout the day to be nourished.
The 4 capsules of the IgG and 3 capsules of Gut 4-tify can be taken all at once or in split doses. Start slowly with these two products as well - 1 capsule per day for the first week, followed by 2 the second week and so on until you are taking the full daily dose.
Long-term use of all our products is perfectly safe since we have pathogens and toxins coming at us everyday. A maintenance dose would be 1/2 the daily dose and is just fine after 6 months as long as you're symptom free and feeling great!
